    Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

    Hourly: $20HR - $28HR

    Job Summary:
    The CADC counselor will work independently while also functioning collaboratively as a member of a care team including medical providers, mental health counselors, peers, and community partners as needed.

    Duties include:
    Conducting ASAM assessments, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management/coordination of care, referrals as needed, and documentation of treatment progress.
    We are also a state-certified DUII Services Provider and this CADC position will require providing some services for DUII program participants.

    Requirements:
    • CADC I, CADC II, CADC-R or higher
    • Two years' experience is preferred.
    • Knowledge of trauma-informed care/practices.
    • Knowledge and experience facilitating group therapy.
    • Knowledge of evidenced-based counseling theories and practices (MI, DBT, ACT, CBT, etc.)
    • Ability to be in office on a consistent basis.
