    The Marketing Manager represents an integral part of the Enterprise Partnerships marketing team and will play a key role in executing the strategic outreach vision of the team, Enterprise Partnerships and SEI.

    This role will reside within the Employer Activation Marketing team to assist in the development of strategic planning, communication plans and execution of marketing assets for key employer partners.

    In addition, the role will manage the tools and processes that aid in our B2B2C marketing efforts and work to establish departmental best practices.

    Responsibilities

    In partnership with the B2B2C Sales team, support the planning and execution of account activation efforts across all SEI portfolio products to engage employers and their employees to drive lead generation
    Provides regular, critical assessments to leadership team including insights and proposed solutions to role and organizational challenges.
    Drives regular collaboration across the broader team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and adoption of best practices.
    Partner with marketing and sales to build partner testimonials and referral/advocate initiatives to drive results within partner organizations.
    Provide support and execution for recurring marketing-driven campaigns.
    Assist with campaign monitoring and performance reporting.
    Anticipate issues and problem solve. Demonstrate flexibly through changing business conditions.
    Takes lead on special projects and other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree required; strong preference for business and/or marketing degree
    4-6 years of formal marketing experience, understanding of B2B marketing and the education industry are both a plus
    Proven execution skills and ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, changing and sometimes ambiguous, work environment
    Action-oriented with strong organization skills
    Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
    Solutions-oriented and not afraid to ask questions
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
