    We are representing a distinguished matrimonial firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, specializing in family law. We're currently seeking an associate attorney with family law experience to join their dynamic team.

    Position Summary:

    • Provide legal counsel and representation in various family law matters, ensuring clients' rights and interests are upheld.
    • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
    • Collaborate with colleagues for efficient case management and resolution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offer expert legal counsel and representation in family law areas such as divorce, custody, support, property division, and more.
    • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.
    • Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients.
    • Collaborate with colleagues for smooth case management and resolution.
    • Communicate with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
    • 1-3 years of family law experience, focusing on complex cases.
    • Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles.
    • Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
    • Ability to manage high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
