    Responsibilities

    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our web-based products
    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive the successful delivery of high-quality web solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals

    This position involves working closely with the development team, as well as other stakeholders, to help manage the product roadmap.

    The Product Manager will be responsible for evaluating the technical feasibility of new features, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customer
    Drives the evolution of with focus on delivering value to the customers
    Translates business goals and end user needs into product strategy
    Collaborates with merchandising, creative, analytics and UX teams to identify and resolve impediments
    Empathizes with and advocates for the end user needs in multiple phases of product evolution
    Gains thorough understanding of end user needs, both existing and potential, uses that knowledge to deliver an amazing end user experience through the Website
    Identifies KPIs and other relevant metrics to determine potential value of the product
    Measure the performance of the product and continually make recommendations and refinements based on the learnings
    Develop and maintain key Product Management artifacts (Product Vision, Goals and Success Metrics, Product Roadmap, Product Requirement Documents etc.)
    Work with Project Managers to identify user stories, negotiate with stakeholders to define Minimum Viable Product and chalk up the incremental path of delivery towards the successful launch of the product
    Thoroughly communicates progress and product direction to all the stakeholders (Executives, Directors, other partners) involved
