    Commercial Director USA

    As Commercial Director, it is your responsibility to drive the sales for both existing business and new business of our portfolio.

    You will lead our sales facility in the US, which consists of 14 employees.

    In this role, you have the P&L responsibility for the business and will co-determine and implement the future business strategy, in particular for the market in the US, closely aligned to the Group's strategy.

    You report to the CCO.

    Your other responsibilities include:
    implement & execute the agreed sales plans; where & when needed analyze possible shortfall, develop & execute corrective actions
    go to market model in line with strategy plan
    close relationships with customers and distributors
    coach/mentor and continue to develop the commercial team to optimize coverage, results, and customer base
    of new markets, prospects and customers through existing or new GTM approaches
    on sales development, competition activities, market developments (new product launches) and take corrective actions
    of the agent/distribution network; hold regular QBR's and drive the network to pro-actively expand the business where needed revitalize, replace and upgrade
    and implementation of sales tools/strategies
    implementing and working through our CRM systems: MQL to SQL conversion, activity focus, funnel management, velocity of sales cycles
    and execute the operating plans and organize the company's in-house manufacturing
    the team in the US (sales, service, operations (incl. warehouse), finance)
    The Candidate
    A strong, energetic and commercial savvy manager (preferably a hunter) with a proven track record in a global, technical-commercial B-to-B environment
    Educated to degree level, preferably in printing or other technical disciplines
    Entrepreneurial skills, communicational skills, team building are essential competences
    Strong people management skills
    Familiarized with finance and able to evaluate economical trade-offs
    Willingness to travel frequently
    Global mindset, actively seeking collaboration with international colleagues
    Ownership and drive for overall company success
    Fluent in English
