Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements Manager III to join our team in Herndon, VA
Description:
They facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements from various departments and teams, ensuring that all needs are adequately addressed
They collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
The Requirements Manager III identifies and pulls together all of an organization's or project's business and technical needs to make sure all "must haves" are accounted for
The Requirements Manager III supervises, and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff
