    Job Title: Maintenance Technician for Sunrise Capital Region Apts


    Description:



    • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the New York Capital Region. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in assessing and making repairs, including work orders, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, and maintaining property grounds.

    • Critical components of this position include working on-call, executing high-quality work with attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service.

    • The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues in apartments and common areas using basic plumbing, electrical, painting/patching, and carpentry skills.

    • In addition to physical demands such as lifting objects weighing 50 lbs., climbing ladders,
      bending or crawling into awkward spaces is required.
