- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year related structural assembly experience
- Experience working with Solumina and Smarteam preferred
- Consideration for graduates of Savannah Tech Aircraft Structures Technical Certificate Program

Position Purpose:
In a team-oriented environment, performs structural assembly operations in a production department under supervision

Job Description:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures
Rivet structural assemblies and parts
Read work orders, blueprints, and operation sheets
Check work for accuracy
Maintain records and logs
Align and assemble parts using jigs and fixtures
Maintain work area and comply with safety regulations
Support Lean Activities

Perform other assigned duties

Other Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Basic computer skills
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Good housekeeping and safety practices
Ability to work with composite materials
Capable of lifting 50 lbs
Able to work any shift
Must be agile and work in restricted areas
