    We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our Professional Sales Team and to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, via the telephone, from our Commerce headquarters location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, trade shows, email, etc...
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Sell, deliver, and take orders for company products.
    • Utilize company CRM to drive sales, consistent with company and sales management guidelines and policies.
    • Manage monthly sales forecast on customer's buying timeframe and product of interest.
    • Maintain a healthy daily call schedule to prospects, new leads, and existing customers.
    • Perform any other job duties as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a sales representative.
    • Proven work experience of 1-2 years in outbound calling and prospecting.
    • Ability and willingness to make 100+ cold calls per day.
    • Account management and relationship building experience is preferred.
    • Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Solution oriented mindset.
    • Extremely driven to meet and exceed all sales quotas.
    • Excellent communications and presentation skills – written, verbal and in-person.
    • Capable and willing to make 150+ calls per day.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
    • Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 30+ WPM typing ability
    • Relationship management skills.
