• This position involves providing exceptional care and support to patients as part of our healthcare services.

1. Key responsibilities include assisting licensed therapists with patient treatment plans, conducting evaluations and assessments, implementing treatment programs under the supervision of a qualified physical therapist or occupational therapist,
   and maintaining accurate records and reports on patient progress.
   

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment,
and demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality care while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess current licensure/certification (PTA) as required by the state in which you'll be working


• Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently; taking initiative when needed
• Familiarity with electronic medical records software preferred
