Job summary
The Sales and Service Associate is responsible for performing a dual role in a branch as needed.This position involves the sale of bank products and services to meet customer needs while providing quality service.
Emphasis is placed on identifying clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions through excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with branch manager and supervisor to attain or exceed individual goals
- Confidently build effective relationships with clients by listening and uncovering their needs
- Sales activities such as gathering data, community involvement etc
