- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to assess product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Manage and lead a team of quality control technicians.
- Previous experience in quality management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Experience with IATF, ISO and other quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Quality management or related: 3 years (Required)
