    Description

    Our Drivers come to Bartlett for the local routes, competitive compensation packages, and focus on safety, but they stay because of the outstanding culture.

    Our Company was founded over 70 years ago with one truck, and we still respect our Drivers as the lifeblood of what we do.

    75,000/year and up based off flat delivery rates, mileage rates, unloading pay, delay pay, and safety incentives.
    Sign on bonus of $2,500 ($1,000 paid with first paycheck, $500 at 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months)

    Excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
    You will assist with connecting and disconnecting hoses for unloading bulk flour.

    The majority of our flour deliveries start between 4am and 2pm and that is when most of our drivers are working.

    However, we have some important customers receiving flour earlier and later than those hours, and will need our drivers to be flexible regarding their start times.

    Drivers will also need to work weekends as needed.
    Requirements of a successful

    Flour Delivery Driver:
    Current Class A CDL.Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required
    At least 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience, 3 years preferred
    For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
    Work weekends and holidays as scheduled; willingness to work nights
    Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
    Experience driving in the snow and ice
    Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and reference checks and successfully pass Bartlett's road test, which will include a proper pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle
    Climb into and out of cab multiple times per shift
    Hook and unhook hoses and open and close valves
    Current Class A CDL
    Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required
    At least 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience, 3 years preferred
