Job summary
The Part-time Fundraising Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Executive Director as well as the Fundraising/Events Executive Committee in planning, organization, and execution of two major fundraising events and general fundraisingResponsibilities
- Assist with event logistics, including guest communications, ticket sales, and registration management
- Coordinate donor and sponsor communications, including acknowledgment letters, emails, and follow-ups
- Help manage auction items—solicitation, tracking packaging display coordination
