Job summary
We are looking for a detailed-obsessed Warehouse Coordinator that also has a strong desire in audio to support the daily rhythm of our warehouse.In this role you act as the bridge between the inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions) and the physical gear on the floor. You will execute precise show pulls conduct rigorous QC (Quality Control) and ensure that every piece of equipment leaving our dock is show-ready.
You are the gatekeeper of accuracy: ensuring the right gear gets on the right truck every time..
- Daily Flex Management accurately scan equipment in and out ofthe warehouse; ensure all asset tracking is real-time and error-free.
- Shortage Management Proactively identify equipment shortageson upcoming pick listsand communicate immediately withthe Operations Manager.
- Asset Integrity Ensure all gear is properly barcoded labeledand documented withinthesystem.
