Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections PM diagnose repair rebuild major equipment components including balers conveyors hydraulic power packs eddy currents electro-magnetic belts optical sorters diverters compressors trash compactors motors glass breakers wire tie systems fans pumps forklifts front-end loaders building equipment
- Maintain Daily Equipment Inspections DEI backlog Adjust work procedures meet production schedules inform Sr Plant Maintenance Manager additional work needed cannot completed within Standard Repair Times SRTs Inspect quality third-party repairs rebuilds Recommend improvements enhance production equipment performance product quality Multitask manage multiple priorities efficiency Respond emergency breakdown service calls Perform Work limited supervision maintaining high standards performance Be flexible Work schedule which may include nights weekends meet operational needs Maintain clean safe Work Area compliance Corporate/OSHA standards ensure all Work completed according safety procedures Perform repairs line Waste Management Safety Life Critical Rules OSHA requirements
