- Previous experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates or similar manufacturing companies required
- Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines preferred
- 10 hour work shifts Monday - Thursday plus overtime on Fridays, from 8:10 pm to 6:30 am
- No weekends

The Converting Operator will run Garant, Beasley and/or Weber printing and converting machines. This includes job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and play a crucial role in increasing our skilled talent to meet the demands of customers.
