Senior Marketing Manager
The Capital One Brand team is responsible for positioning and differentiating the Capital One brand and empowering teams across the enterprise to deliver a cohesive and powerful brand experience – to our associates, customers, prospects and the community at large. We are seeking a strategic, results-focused Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of end-to-end brand strategies for the enterprise.
In this high-impact role, you will direct a robust associate engagement program designed to drive brand protection advocacy. This includes owning strategic direction execution of immersive strategies such as content management activations branded merchandise. You will operate as critical cross-functional leader forging influencing high-value partnerships enterprise ensure marketing plans strategically aligned delivered maximum impact all channels Leveraging deep industry expertise actively influence shape breakthrough strategies deliver measurable business results. Serve key collaborator marketing strategy partners internally externally champion expand brand advocacy education.
