    Job Description:
    Responsible for producing and interpreting reports and analytics in support of core Treasury activities, including interest rate, capital and liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, funding and capital markets activities, cash management, and various reporting functions. Identifies and implements technological solutions to automate these duties. Seeks continuous improvement through deeper analytical insights.
    Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
    What You'll Do

    • Analyzing/Developing short- and long-term funding plans, liquidity planning, interest rate risk to the balance sheet, effectively challenge funding plans, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), and understand/develop plans to address regulatory needs.


    How You'll Do It

    • Contribute to high-level reporting functions and development of key strategic communication to broad range of internal and external stakeholders and provide timely updates that allow senior management to effectively manage risks.
    • Conduct a wide range of analyses that support all core Treasury activities.
    • Take primary responsibility for the accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency of data and assumptions used to model balance sheet activities while implementing appropriate controls.
    • Manages regulatory requirements and stays current with best practices to manage changes in such. Manages and articulates strategic objectives.
    • Learns and develops technology and data analysis skills and serves as a key resource to other Treasury analysts by teaching and promoting best practices in the same. Supports Corporate Treasury's technology initiatives to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows
    • Assist in the development of balance sheet strategies under a range of economic and interest rate scenarios to guide NIM stability over the long-term and across the business cycle


    Qualifications You'll Need
    The Basics

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services or related field
    • In lieu of education, 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services or related field


    Preferred

    • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in relevant work, especially using programming languages (Python or similar, SQL), statistical software (Stata, R, or similar), ALM software (QRM or similar) and web development languages (HTML, CSS, etc.); experience using Linux/Unix also preferred

    Compensation:
    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
