Job summary
This role oversees the daily operations of the Crisis Relief Center and connected Triage Activites. The Program Manager is responsible for hiring, training performance reviews, and ensuring adequate shift coverage for assigned staff, and monitoring for adherence approved workflows and agency policies.Responsibilities
- Effectively and legally interviews applicants and makes appropriate staff selections.
- Follows policies and procedures for corrective action relating to staff performance.
