    Position Description

    We are looking for an innovative Experienced Full Stack Developer to join our diverse and passionate team.

    You will be leveraging your problem-solving and programming skills to help us build, and improve upon, our industry-leading enterprise platform.

    Collaborating across teams and regions, your solutions will be helping many of the world's most influential companies simplify the complexities of their equity plan management.

    What You'll Do


    Design, implement, and test new functionality on our industry-leading enterprise platform while closely collaborating with QAs to deliver high-quality code.

    Leverage our tech stack to innovate and improve upon the MS at Work platform.
    Document various project milestones including technical requirements, program designs, task descriptions, effort estimates, and integration tests.
    Embrace agile development methodologies to solve complex problems with your diverse, global team.
    Be client-focused, partnering with Product Management, QA, and UX to deliver increased value to our customers.
    Coach and mentor new and existing members of the team
    Elevate the team through the contribution of your unique skills, passions, and experiences.

    Required Skills

    Degree in computer science or engineering, technology diploma, or related field experience.
    5+ years of professional coding experience working in a related field.
    Creativity, integrity, and a hunger for solving problems.

    Good knowledge and experience in an object-oriented development language (like Java or C#) as well as SQL proficiency and database management.

    Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to be successful working with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams.
    Highly self-motivated, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.
    The ability and agility to thrive in ambiguous situations.

    Nice To Have

    Experience with Agile teams and methodologies
    Oracle, or equivalent SQL experience
    Experience working with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular or React preferred)
    An interest in finance and fintech
