Job summary

We are seeking an Office Manager for our Family Health Center in Albany NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient daily operations of the office including hiring and supervising support staff maintaining medical records human resource management property and facilities equipment billing and adhering to OSHA JCAHO and DOH requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of management experience proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems Microsoft Office excellent attention to detail organization effective speaking and writing skills commitment to confidentiality respect ability to work independently yet function collaboratively within a team associates degree required ability to lift twenty pounds pay based on experience skills education salary range $41.40 per hour exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act FLSA paid within the base salary equivalent of stated hourly rates.
