    Job Summary

    This position requires a skilled technologist who can perform various nuclear medicine procedures with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Under the guidance of a qualified physician, the Imaging Technologist will administer nuclear isotopes for radiographic diagnosis.
    • The technologist will operate advanced equipment, including nuclear medicine cameras, and ensure proper radiation safety protocols are followed.
    • Responsibilities may include administering pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals, performing test procedures on patients, and maintaining accurate records.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree from an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine or Radiography. Certification as a Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT) with the Florida Department of Health is also required.

    Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment. Proficiency in using advanced medical equipment and software is essential.
