    We are seeking a motivated and Senior Heavy Highway Civil Project Manager & Estimator.

    Minimum Qualifications and Skills:


    Minimum 10 years in the construction industryMust have prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $10M+Must have good references from: previous Owner & EmployerMust be a resident of the United StatesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESincluding but not limited to:Working directly with company ownersAttend and participate in various meetingsCommunicate with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers on crew efficiencies and forecasting additional labor, material, or equipment as neededManage material and quantity takeoffsManage solicitation of material quotes and proposalsReview and comprehend construction drawingsReview and comprehend soil reportsManage the preparation of project submittalsManage the preparation of pay estimatesReview and comprehend contractsManage the preparation of subcontractsPrepare change ordersManage and oversee project scheduleIdentify risks and problemsDevelop and provide possible solutionsOversee project management officeEnsure project management office represents the Siete, Inc.
