We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to support our Event Marketing and Social Media teams.
This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing corporate events while also contributing to social media strategy, content creation, and campaign performance tracking.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in brand marketing, experiential marketing, digital engagement, and content strategy to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Event Planning & Execution
Support the planning and coordination of internal and external marketing events (webinars, conferences, client events, sponsorship activations, etc.)
Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution
Help manage event communications, invitations, and registration tracking
Develop event briefs and post-event recap reports with key performance insights
Assist in organizing branded materials and promotional assets
Attend and support events on-site as required, including Women's Advisor Forum, Discovery Meetings, and Platinum.
Conduct research on Event ROI and Advisor Behavior Analytics
Work on Industry events and Sponsored Events
Media, Creative and Content
Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) for events and other campaigns
Draft captions, coordinate visual assets, and ensure brand consistency in conjunction with Design and Content team
Conduct social media research and trend analysis
Track and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance
Help create short-form video or behind-the-scenes event content – on-site and pre production
Support of Podcast and Development of Content
Contribute ideas for campaigns and audience growth strategies
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social scheduling tools is a plus

$17.00 per hour
Duration:
June 8, 2026- August 14, 2026
