    Offer Based on Experience

    This role offers payment on a per-visit basis. The compensation listed is an approximation of annual earnings.

    Coverage Area/Territory:

    Manor, Elgin, Paige, McDade

    Qualifications: Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapist You Can Be

    If you meet the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

    • Minimum of nine months of experience as a physical therapist
    • Preferably experience in community/home health

    Required Certifications and Licensures:

    • Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
    • Current valid license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation
    • Valid CPR certification
    • Valid driver's license for travel to business locations
