As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for , you are a key member of Associated Packaging's most rapidly growing business unit. Rather than working in a call-center environment, the CSR works collaboratively with teammates, Associated Packaging Sales Partners, Customers and Suppliers to ensure that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The CSR serves as a front-line responder, providing product/site information, order status, issue resolution, and excellent customer service. The CSR will resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to all clients. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, the CSR plays a vital role in maintaining the standards that have made Associated Packaging, Inc. an industry leader for many years

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Process customer invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders as needed to ensure seamless order/invoice processing.
• Follow-up with Customers, Associated Packaging Sales Representatives, and Suppliers regarding order confirmations, ship dates, and pricing.
• Process invoices through customer portals and websites as they require.
• Process supplier payables.
• Research and resolve billing issues.
• Confirm freight rates and invoicing with freight carriers as needed.
• Assist the Sales Support team in researching and resolving customer needs.
• Assist with site information updates as needed.
• Coordinate with Customers, Associated Packaging Sales Representatives, and Suppliers to resolve issues on damaged, lost or incorrect items.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Required Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, multi-task, high-paced, team player.
