- Prepare and set tables according to our standards, ensuring all necessary items such as tableware, glassware and utensils are clean and neatly arranged
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them to their tables, and addressing any immediate needs or requests
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished their meals, ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next guests
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and prepare coffee stations for service, including stocking cups, lids, creamers, pots, sugars, milks, coffee bags/beans and all other supplies needed for service
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining areas throughout service, including sweeping, mopping, and attending to spills promptly
- Fill & refill ice stations
- Wipe & disinfect all tables, including chairs & table legs
- Assist with running side-work: stocking roll-ups, polishing glassware & emptying dish pit
- Check linen pars: triangle folds, linen basket folds, napkins & serviettes
- Run the appropriate food to the correct table & position number based on the ticket
- Work closely with the kitchen and servers to coordinate the flow of service and provide seamless guest experiences
- Be on-time to one's scheduled shift
- Minimum 1 year of Busser or Food Runner experience preferred
- Must be willing and can work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude and performance
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in an indoor/outdoor environment
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent education preferred
- Licenses or Certificates: Serv Safe required
