    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assembly Workers.

    As an Assembly Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of top-quality railway transit equipment.

    Operating a variety of machinery including cold presses, hot presses, and engraving machines, you will be responsible for simple processing and assembly tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate cold presses, hot presses, and engraving machines following established procedures and safety protocols.
    • Perform basic processing tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing materials to meet production requirements.
    • Assemble components accurately to facilitate the manufacturing of finished products.
    • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet specified standards and requirements.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is advantageous but not required.
    • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently following training and instructions.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
    • Experience with forklift operation is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as it may facilitate communication with some team members and supervisors.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
