    ABOUT THE ROLE*Stitch Fixs mission is to transform the way people find what they love. With a decade of experience designing personalized solutions for our clients, we're reimagining the future of eCommerce with Stitch Fix Freestyle, our newest truly personalized direct to consumer sales model. As well, we have embarked on a multi-year strategy to create value through our supplier relationships and provide outsized growth opportunities for our vendor partners by
    incubating and scaling new inventory models and
    translating new commercial engagement terms with our suppliers into finance models.The FP&A Manager of Merchandise Finance will play a critical role in enabling these strategic initiatives by helping to define new business insights and analytics to
    evaluate our inventory health, help
    stand up new models for our operating teams to leverage that quantify the impact of new programs on our financial statements, and
    implement new data elements and systems for annual and quarterly financial operating plans. This person will be a key partner to our Commercial Programs, Merchandise Planning and Merchandise Finance teams.

    Partner with operational Merchandise Finance team to Identify and develop finance instrumentation to measure merchandise margin and inventory health for our Freestyle and Fix sales channels Design, test and implement new financial planning data elements and forecast tools for our operational side of the merchandise finance team Lead change management for the Merch Finance team to implement and integrate new forecast models into monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting processes Ensure consistency across cross-functional financial and inventory planning systems and continue to build out our connected planning vision in Anaplan Model the financial impacts of strategic programs related to COGS and inventory on our P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement Collaborate with Commercial Programs and operational side of Merchandise Finance team to define profitability and operational management reporting for new programs Present impacts of commercial programs during key finance milestones, e.g. forecast and close review, to finance leadership Build ad hoc models as needed to provide new business insights and analytics to help inform annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and business decisionsWERE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE...
    You have a minimum 6-8 years of experience in finance with a specific focus on FP&A and merchandise finance, merchandise planning and inventory management
    You have a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience with proven track record of developing talent You have a BA / BS in a related field You have 1-2 years of experience designing Anaplan models You have experience managing and building financial statements and strong acumen in financial modeling
    You are a strategic problem solver with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems You are a focused, organized, and results-driven individual with the discipline and confidence to drive a diverse set of cross-functional partners towards a set of defined goals and challenge the status quo to improve our business You enjoy working in a high paced environment, are highly flexible and able to thrive with ambiguity You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability You have strong communication skills and are able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing You are enthusiastic about the retail industry, have a passion for learning, and are motivated by challenge You have strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills You have excellent process planning, problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with an Executive team Youre highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and youre looking for the right company to support your growth Above all else you are bright, kind and motivated by challengeWHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT STITCH FIX...
