Job summary
The WRO Program Manager is responsible for the quality of service, coaching, training, development, and work production of all assigned staff.The Manager is committed to achieving all programmatic goals and objectives outlined in the Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) contract
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations while supervising and training Employment and Job Coach team members.
- Support the WRO Program Director in developing objective performance measurements to ensure all employees have consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal-setting procedures
