    I'm looking to speak with Thermal Engineers who are actively seeking new opportunities and would be interested in joining a fast-growing Space company who are involved in the development of Spacecraft, Satellites, and Space intelligence equipment.


    Responsibilities :


    Support spacecraft launch and early/sustained operations by maintaining spacecraft health and safety, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting anomaliesDevelop and maintain tools and methods to trend spacecraft health and performance metrics for the Electrical & Thermal subsystems.

    Perform Thermal subsystem tasks for the SCORE teamDevelop, enhance, extend, and maintain spacecraft power modelsPerform detailed spacecraft analysis using in house simulators and spacecraft modelsDevelop/refine concept of operations to meet evolving mission demandsDefine spacecraft anomaly resolution processes and proceduresAssist in development and testing of spacecraft commissioning plans/tools.

    Assist in the development of and participate in Launch and Mission rehearsalsSupport design, development, integration, and testing of next generation spacecraftDefine, review, and verify spacecraft requirements for Electrical Power and Thermal subsystemsAttend vendor design reviewsParticipate in clean-room integration and testing activities

    Minimum Requirements:
    Must be a U.S. citizen and be willing and able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearanceBachelors degree in engineering, math, physics, or related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

    At least 2 years professional experienceThermal subsystem design and/or analysis experiencePreferred Qualifications:

    Experience as a spacecraft Thermal engineerStrong and innovative computer language skillsExperience with Unix/Linux, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and Github all highly desiredSpacecraft operations experienceSuperb problem-solving skillsCalm disposition in stressful situationsIf this position is of interest please apply directly or get in touch with Matt Mallorie @ EVONA m.
