**Vue d'ensemble**
Appuyer lexcution de la livraison domicile dans le cadre de lexprience client de Voil. Fournir un leadership de soutien essentiel aux membres de lquipe de livraison domicile qui sont les ambassadeurs du service auprs des clients; assurer la livraison temps, la satisfaction de la clientle, la performance en matire de conduite scuritaire et le respect des pratiques de levage scuritaires et des solutions proactives au moment de linteraction avec le client afin daccrotre sa frquence de commande et de le fidliser. De plus, le superviseur est responsable de soutenir les activits quotidiennes de lentreprise, de communiquer avec le partenaire daffaires RH pour rgler les problmes avec les employs et de fournir une rtroaction en temps opportun aux employs de lquipe de livraison au sujet de leur performance. Enfin, le superviseur de la livraison doit tablir et entretenir des relations interfonctionnelles avec les quipes de lexploitation de dtail, de la flotte, de la formation, du service la clientle et de la planification, et travailler en troite collaboration avec le spcialiste de la CNESST.
**Description de l'emploi**
Animer des runions de quart tous les jours pour communiquer les mises jour importantes aux employs et veiller ce que lquipe stire en groupe avant le dbut de la journe.
Mettre sur pied une quipe trs performante; veiller ce que les membres de lquipe de livraison reoivent rgulirement de la rtroaction et soient tenus responsables de leurs indicateurs cls de performance.
Participer activement au recrutement des employs et la formation continue des membres de lquipe de livraison.
Favoriser la mobilisation, le perfectionnement et la rtention des employs en sassurant quils comprennent la vision de Voil, en encourageant linnovation, en communiquant de faon claire et en donnant de la rtroaction sur une base rgulire.
Intgrer et maintenir les protocoles et les procdures oprationnelles normalises de livraison domicile.
Grer environ 40 a 60 subordonns directs (membres de lquipe de livraison domicile).
Soutenir les efforts damlioration continue au moyen de la rtroaction sur le service la clientle et lanalyse des itinraires.
Collaborer avec les spcialistes en formation pour comprendre les forces et les possibilits damlioration des employs qui passent de la formation en classe la formation en cours demploi afin dassurer la gestion de leur performance.
Appuyer le gestionnaire de lentretien de la flotte et collaborer avec lui pour assurer la disponibilit et la scurit de la flotte.
Examiner rgulirement les donnes sur la performance de lquipe pour sassurer que les employs et les superviseurs atteignent leurs objectifs de performance.
o Assumer la responsabilit des rsultats de la livraison temps (95 % et plus).
o Assurer la responsabilit du taux de prescription (50 et plus); veiller ce que les chauffeurs adoptent des comportements qui gnrent des rsultats.
o Assurer la responsabilit du score de scurit des chauffeurs (95 % et plus).
Collaborer avec les RH pour assurer la gestion des mesures disciplinaires progressives.
Exprience en milieu syndiqu
Grer les documents relatifs aux itinraires, consigner les donnes sur les itinraires et lutilisation des actifs dans Excel et consigner la rtroaction sur les membres de lquipe de livraison.
Grer les feuilles de prsence dans le systme de gestion de leffectif Kronos.Appuyer lexpansion et la supervision des nouveaux petits entrepts.
**Exigences de l'emploi**
Au moins 3 5 ans dexprience dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique et exprience dans un rle de direction ax sur lexprience et la satisfaction des clients.
Exprience dans le domaine de la livraison domicile (dune entreprise un client) dans un environnement de commerce lectronique, un atout.
tudes postsecondaires dans un domaine li aux affaires.
Combinaison de formation et dexprience pertinentes peut tre envisage.
Connaissance approfondie des normes du travail.
Excellentes comptences en analyse et en rsolution de problmes.
Matrise avance de MS Excel; matrise de MS Access, un atout.
Exprience en gestion efficace dune grande quipe.
Excellentes comptences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication; capacit interagir avec tous les chelons de lentreprise et les parties externes.
Permis de classe 5; capacit voyager dans la rgion de Qubec et partout au Canada.
Exprience des installations de distribution.
