    Respiratory Therapist
    Full-Time Position

    Job Summary:
    • Evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans
    • Provides respiratory therapy services defined in treatment plans
    • Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff
    • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
    • Performs a variety of tasks
    • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
    • Typically reports to a manager
    Qualifications:
    • Requires an associate's degree
    • Must be registered or certified
    • Must hold current Texas RCP License
    • Must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS
    • NRP preferred, but not required at time of hire
    • Neo and Pedi experience a plus
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
