    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Is familiar with all aspects of operations for which the team lead is responsible.
    • If necessary, can fill in for any position or perform any service required by that location.
    • Promotes a teamwork philosophy through leading by example.
    • Leads the work group in delivering high levels of guest service.
    • Assists with administering a time and attendance system, including building work schedules, assigning employees, notifying employees of any changes, and monitoring employee attendance.
    • Assists with training, re-training and development of employees.
    • Provides feedback, reinforcement, or coaching to employees through continual or periodically.
    • Keeps records that are current, accurate, and accessible.
    • Models appropriate dress, grooming, and performance.
    • When possible, resolves conflicts between employees, escalating to higher levels when appropriate.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Remains composed under pressure and maintains control in all situations.
    • Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
    • Performs other duties as required.

    Qualification and Requirements:

    High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience.

    • May require a have a valid driver's license with no restrictions and present a safe driving record.
    • Must be able to work legally in the United States.
    • Must pass background and drug screenings.
    • Previous experience in one or more of the areas in which the team lead will supervise.
    • Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
    • Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for customer service and attention to detail.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
    • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
    • Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distances.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours is sometimes required.
