**Your daily responsibilities include:**

Provides friendly and efficient service to all guest in assigned outlet.

Displays a thorough knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials. Answers questions and make suggestions.

Completes all assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Must be able to stand for a full shift.

Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow cast members.

Any and all duties as assigned by you Manager or a member of management.

**To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:**

Must possess good communication skills. Must be at 21 years of age or older.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years experience in a full service restaurant preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must successfully complete our RVP training course and obtain liquor license

Ability to memorize menus or scripted materials

While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The cast member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
