- Overseeing all reliability functions and processes, ensuring product quality and performance
- Managing and planning projects, specifying scope, goals, budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Developing test plans and leading field testing activities.
- Reviewing test outcomes, interpreting results and communicating findings to engineering teams.
- Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
- Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
- Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in reliability, product development/design, testing, or similar engineering fields.
- 4+ years of experience leading people and projects.
- Product/reliability testing experience is required (coordinating, developing, conducting, etc...)
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Annual base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range
