    Description

    Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Reliability Program Manager in Nashville, TN.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Overseeing all reliability functions and processes, ensuring product quality and performance
    • Managing and planning projects, specifying scope, goals, budgets, resources, and timelines.
    • Developing test plans and leading field testing activities.
    • Reviewing test outcomes, interpreting results and communicating findings to engineering teams.
    • Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
    • Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
    • Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.
    • Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
    • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
    • 6+ years of experience in reliability, product development/design, testing, or similar engineering fields.
    • 4+ years of experience leading people and projects.
    • Product/reliability testing experience is required (coordinating, developing, conducting, etc...)
    • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..
    • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Our client offers:

    • Annual base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range
