    Job Description
    Rounds Construction Companyis seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Construction Estimator to join our team in Brookings, SD.

    As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project development process by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects.

    Civil Construction EstimatorResponsibilities:
    Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
    Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information and ensure project goals and objectives are met.
    Utilize industry-leading software and tools to perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
    Stay up-to-date with current market trends, pricing, and construction methods to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates.

    Civil Construction EstimatorQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating.
    Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
    Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
