Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical 48's
Shift/Hours: Days, 7a-7p, 12x4, 48hrs per week, will accept 36hrs
Length: 13 Weeks
Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling period
Requirements:

• NM license
• 2 years of experience required
• BLS
• CPI preferred

Unit accepts 1st time travelersEpic chartingFloating would likely be to ICU to take care of Step-down type of patients and only after completing the training for them, and if they have ACLS
Other Details:
RN Med Surg- DaysAya offer2yrs required
36 or 48 hr option- anything over 48 hours is overtime.
BCLS requiredCPI preferred

• O2 protocol management
• Non-invasive airway management
• Peripheral line care/management
• Isolation precaution/PPE
• Computerized documentation
-Nurse to patient Ratios 1:6-Rapid response team activation-2 years of recent experience required-Unit accepts 1st time travelers-Epic charting
Floating would likely be to ICU to take care of Step-down type of patients and only after completing the training for them, and if they have ACLS.Though the possibility exists they may be floated to act as Helping Hands or in a PCT role to other units.Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling period.1:6 ratio to be expected, less if staffing and census allows.
