  • We are seeking driven, entry level professional candidates to join our team as an Office Service Specialist assisting with Audio Visual conferenence room set ups.
  • You will work with your team to execute all site operations pertaining to setting up Zoom, Teams and Court meetings using Audio Visual Equipment and light IT facilities maintenance along with other office duties including mail room services and copy services.
  • Location: Downtown Phoenix Law Firm with easy proximity to public transportation.

  • Set up Zoom meetings, team chat, whiteboard, phone connections and google meetings
  • Assist with office duties in mail room and print/scan departments
  • Able to trouble shoot on the spot for zoom meetings and audio visual connections
