Phoenix, AZ / Information Technology / Full-Time Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our team
The IT Support Specialist will work with our regional offices to support users in a help desk role. This incudes the configuration, maintenance and support of end user workstations & laptops. Support will be handled in-person, by phone and by email. Some very limited travel is required. **IT Support Specialist Requirements:**
+ Two years of support experience with Windows 7/10 workstations & Laptops, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Office, PC imaging, software updates
+ Two years of support experience with Autodesk Applications: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit; Sketchup, Adobe Suite, SharePoint
+ Two years of support experience with resolving and setting up Network connectivity, VPN issues, remote work, VoIP, Zoom, mobile devices
+ Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, printing and telecom issues
+ Analytical, critical and deductive reasoning required to troubleshoot user issues
+ Effective communication of technical information to a less technical audience
+ Clear, concise, professional and thorough oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to multi-task, follow processes and procedures and take direction positively
