- Primary Duties
- Brand: Supervise and guide associates towards achieving daily goals that enhance client experiences and boost sales. Ensure brand standards are adhered to and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- People: Train, develop, and manage teams to deliver positive outcomes. Build strong relationships with associates, coaching them to success while maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Operations: Oversee all store processes, from inventory management to executing digital strategies effectively. Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols.
- Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Strong communication skills and scheduling flexibility
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
