Patient Access Representative (1 Year Exp Req) This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in
Boston, MA.

$23.50/hour

  Shift:

Days (8hrs)

ASAP

• 
  Contract Length: 13 weeks

Role Summary: Patient Access Representative secures and provides appropriate information to patient families and funding sources to register, schedule and/or obtain authorizations for inpatient, outpatient, and/or diagnostic services.


Patient Access Representative Qualification and Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience/general knowledge of managed care health plans
• Knowledge of scheduling, registration, billing, and/or claims payment.
• General knowledge of medical terminology.
• PC proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint?, and?other MS Suites.?
