- Conduct Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence analysis for U.S
- Develop junior analysts and reporters, create training programs, and provide target-related briefings.
- Serve as a senior Cryptologic Order-of-Battle Technician, advising on SIGINT traffic analysis and reporting practices.
- Serve as organization Intelligence Oversight Officer, ensuring compliance with SIGINT data handling rules and report any incidents.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.

- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
