- Evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small- and medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects.
- Identifies trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.
- May conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.
- Experienced in improving overall operational performance and takes direction from more senior personnel.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree
- A Master's degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
- Two (2) years of position-specific experience
- None
- Must have a TS/SCI with CI Polygraphy
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
