    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Fuel Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong understanding of the fuel trading market. This individual will play a critical role in executing trades, analyzing market trends, and developing new business opportunities to help grow our company's market presence.

    Responsibilities:
    • Execute trades in the fuel market, including buying, selling, and hedging fuel commodities to optimize profitability.
    • Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with fuel suppliers, buyers, and other industry stakeholders to facilitate trade transactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of trades and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our company's market reach and revenue streams.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments and trends.
    • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management to support decision-making processes.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the fuel trading market.
    • Travel as needed to attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in fuel trading or commodity trading, with a strong track record of success.
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions.
    • Knowledge of fuel market fundamentals, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
