Premier Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, P.C. is an orthopaedic practice with four active locations in Englewood, Bloomfield, Union City, and Kearny. Our team of specialists offers a diverse range of services including spine, general orthopedics, hand/upper extremities, podiatry, and pain management. We strive to provide our patients with consistent and convenient care by offering a one-stop shop for their orthopaedic needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant expected to frequent all 4 location our. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing orthopaedic care under the supervision of the attending physician. This includes performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating orthopaedic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting in orthopaedic surgeries, and providing post-operative care.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in orthopaedic medicine
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical examinations and interpret medical tests
Experience in assisting in orthopaedic surgeries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Current valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant
Board certification as a Physician Assistant
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Current CPR/BLS certification
