Minimum Required Qualifications:
5-8+/- years of experience in construction (pre-construction and/or construction)
Able to handle multiple projects concurrently, +/-5 ranging in value from $2 million to $5 million

Preferred Qualifications:
Institutional/Higher

Ed experience
California State University (CSU) experience
Experience working for a general contractor on construction projects is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Role is as a preconstruction project manager (PM) of multiple projects
PM will carry projects through design development and permitting
PM will bid projects and process construction contracts
Obtain quotes from designers, vendors, consultants, etc. and execute agreements
Review all contract documents and ensure all appropriate CSU procedures are used
Manage consultant budgets and timelines
When ready, projects are handed over to a construction management team
