    Job Description:

    Join the Tsion Woldekiros American Family Insurance Agency team in Mountlake Terrace, WA

    We are looking for sales and service representative candidates with outstanding customer service skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and proficiency in prospecting for new business using consultative sales approaches.

    Position Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • One year of sales experience, ideally encompassing marketing, prospecting, networking, and delivering presentations

    • OR Two years of customer service experience

    • Preferred: Property and Casualty insurance license (required post-employment)
