We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through proactive business development, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth across designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, management, and territory management, with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment focused on technology and product solutions.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing customer service support to ensure client success and foster long-term partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or product solutions.
- Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences through product demos and meetings.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
